On the edge of the Ecrins National Park, in a small hamlet nestled at an altitude of 1,100 m, 5 km from the town center of EMBRUN, the house which overlooks the lake of SERRE-PONÇON offers a magnificent view over the valley of the Durance, on the ORRES resort and the surrounding peaks.
The rental of the domain, in free management, includes all the rooms; the rooms, living / dining room; professional kitchens
A small annex room of 50 m² with 1 mezzanine
The exteriors
In the garden, children can enjoy games; swings, trampoline… the largest of the deckchairs. The ponies are in the pastures around the house.
A large esplanade allows you to play boules, table tennis, volleyball, badminton ... It is also possible to set up tents or a small reception tent for a party. A small chalet with 1 mezzanine serves as an activity or meeting room.
THE HERITAGE of the Hautes-Alpes is as varied as its landscapes.
All along the Durance, you can discover Unesco sites; Briançon and Mont-Dauphin, major religious sites: NOTRE-DAME-DU-LAUS, EMBRUN, ABBEY OF BOSCODON and, here and there, castles to visit and two most beautiful villages in France, SAINT-VÉRAN in Queyras and LA GRAVE - LA MEIJE, unique because they are located in grandiose landscapes.
LAKE SERRE-PONÇON
Its equipped beaches, its wild coves, its 80 km of shores, and its "mountain" environment make Serre-Ponçon a nature and nautical paradise.
The excellent aerological and climatic conditions of the lake make it the ideal spot for kite-surfing and windsurfing, not to mention boating, kayaking or fishing. Serre-Ponçon is like at the sea!

From the South, by the A51 motorway, then the RN94. Follow direction BRIANÇON
From the North of France, highways to Grenoble, then the RN85 to Gap and finally the RN94 follow direction BRIANÇON, walk along the lake to the ORRES, BRIANÇON and EMBRUN roundabout.
At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit towards Embrun, cross the DURANCE and continue until a 2nd roundabout
At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit Avenue des Acacias, direction PUY SANIERE
At about 100 m, take the first right, Chemin de la Levée, direction PUY SANIÈRE: and continue until the railway bridge, continue on your right, Chemin de Chadenas for about 150 m.
At the junction, turn left on route des PUYS, the D 9 and continue for 1.5 kilometers
Turn right: direction PETIT-PUY and continue for 850 meters
Take the upward road to the left and continue for 180 meters
Take the road to the left and continue for 600 meters. You have arrived !
Rail links: Embrun has a train station, served by TER, from MARSEILLE, VALENCE and GRENOBLE. The station also hosts the PARIS-BRIANÇON night train
