This large-capacity gîte is quietly located: there are no immediate neighbours. No one other than the tenants of the premises live on site. The residence, as well as the swimming pool open from May to the end of September, are completely privatized for you.

The accommodation consists of two buildings in the immediate vicinity for a total area of 390 m².
The distribution of places has been designed so that each group or family can isolate themselves or meet as they wish.
A large dining room with its American-style kitchen, as well as its outdoor terrace on the pool side, will allow you to take your meals together.
Two other living rooms / living rooms with their fully equipped kitchens are at your disposal.

In terms of sleeping arrangements, the gîte offers 7 bedrooms (5 with double beds and 2 with 2 x 2 bunk beds) as well as 3 double beds on different mezzanines increasing the fixed sleeping capacity up to 24 guests.
You will have at your disposal 5 bathrooms, one of which, in addition to its walk-in shower, has a bathtub, particularly practical for young children, as well as 5 toilets, 4 of which are independent.

The 5 x 10 m swimming pool is open from the beginning of May to the end of September. This is not heated and is secured by an alarm system that meets the NF P90-307 1 standard.

The rental is self-managed (no breakfast service for example). Nevertheless, for the organization of your meals, you have the possibility of calling on caterers in the region. I am entrusting you with the names of two caterers: Guillon based in Villebarou as well as the caterer Avasard in Contres whose contact details you will find among others on the Internet.

Available in the cottage:
- small groceries (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, spices, ...) as well as household products in advance (dishwashing product, tea towel, cleaning or maintenance kit, ...)
- filter coffee maker
- very large charcoal barbecue
- chair and cots …

Two options are available but not compulsory: the supply of sheets and towels at a rate of 10 € / pers. as well as the end-of-stay cleaning fee of €180. Please indicate your choice of option by email at least one week before your arrival.

Arrivals are traditionally at 5 p.m. Secure key boxes can allow you to arrive later or independently.
Departures are at 10 am.
However, for weekend formulas, you can enjoy the premises until the afternoon, or even early evening if there are no new arrivals after you.
A dozen parking spaces for your vehicles are available (courtyard and parking lot at the entrance to the property).

Local shops (bakery-pastry shop, butcher, grocery store, pharmacy, tobacco bar) are in the town of Mur-de-Sologne 4 minutes away.
The nearest hypermarket and its drive are located on Romorantin less than a quarter of an hour away.
