Gîte de charme sous les Pins, à 900m plage

We were a family of four 2 adults and 2 big teenagers.
Before - we made a booking Florence was very quick to answer all of our queries, everything was explained to us in detail from what is included, what to expect to how to reach the property.
When we arrived, thanks to the instructions we had immediate access to the property and later in the day we met Nicolas who was happy to talk to us in English and was very patient with our broken French. Thank you.
We have been taken through the facilities of the two apartments and this place truly has everything you need for a nice stay.
We felt very welcomed. My children loved meeting Helloou, the family dog who was friendly and made our day each day we came back by wagging its tail and playing with us.
The walk to the beach was simple, easy, although there is a small part with stairs which was OK, but some might find it a bit difficult.
From our perspective, it was nice to see that beaches are smoking free zones, this was a surprise, we did not expect this.
All the shops were easy to access by car.
If you are there we also recommend going to the Market in Sanary on Wednesdays, although if going by car, plan your day due to traffic and parking which is to be expected.
Although the weather did not serve us best, we really enjoyed our stay as there were things to go and see by walking on the beach or visit other places.
If there are things we missed was that we wished to have seen Florence and Nicolas more (so that we can practice our French :-)), but we understand that they had to work of course, this in no way impacted our holiday as they were on point whenever we needed any help.

Just follow up on the scores, the only thing to consider is the location as it is an uphill return from the beach and can be tiring after a long day at the beach. But then you get to enjoy the privacy and quiet of the location as well as abundance of outdoor space to enjoy with your family so this really offsets the uphill walking.

Un endroit tres calme et paisible. A 10 min à pied d’une belle plage de sable blanc entre Sanary et Bandol. Merci pour l’acceuil de Florence et Nicolas.

Séjour agréable. Gite bien équipé conforme à la description. Aucun soucis de parking.
Au calme, propriétaires sympathiques et discrets.
Gite bien placé pour visiter la région.
Seul petit bemol les moustiques mais cela personne n y peut rien.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette jolie petite maison de vacances. Endroit très calme et dans la nature. Logement propre et bien équipé. Super accès a la plage en 12' a pied, centre ville proche également. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Le gîte est sympa mais sa propreté laisse à désirer. Nous avons dû nettoyer les bombes des douches. Côté vaisselle, nous avons retrouvé des verres cassés rangés dans le meuble. Le Wi-Fi a fonctionné quand il voulait. Enfin la machine à laver ne fonctionnait plus en fin de séjour...
Mais, nous avons quand même passé un bon moment.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en couple dans ce gîte chaleureux, calme et très bien équipé.
Les propriétaires sont accueillants et très discrets. Le couchage est bon, Ce gîte est particulièrement bien situé pour visiter la région, et se balader au bord de la mer. Nous y retournerons, c’est sûr ! Parking aisé à côté de l’hébergement.

Très bonne location avec des propriétaires très sympathiques, la location est conforme à la description de l'annonce.
