You will be accommodated on the ground floor of a historic architect's residence from 1913, listed as a Maine et Loire heritage site. This house of character is of Venetian inspiration.
The cottage has 2 independent entrances, and you will benefit from 3 panoramic south-west terraces overlooking the beautiful picturesque village of Montrevault and the Evre valley.
You will be delighted by the charm and the exceptional view of this site. The garden is steep and wooded. The sunsets are remarkable! A visit to the panoramic roof terrace overlooking the village will be possible on request.
The accommodation benefits from a large bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and storage, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a living room with a BZ bench seat and a fitted kitchen area (new appliances), a separate toilet.

You will have direct access to the steep village of Montrevault, a historic site surrounded by the meanders of the Evre, its listed 15th century Bohardy bridge.
Several marked trails exist from the cottage. The countryside is hilly and offers beautiful walks.
The river Evre is 5 minutes walk from the cottage.
All amenities are very close: supermarket at 200 m and banks at 400 m, bakery at 5 minutes. Restaurants at 100 m and 1.5 km.
Many visits are accessible from the cottage: The Loire at Saint-Florent-le-Vieil, Champtoceaux, Ingrandes, Montjean-sur-Loire, Chalonnes, Ancenis. These villages are bucolic and worth a detour.
