Our gîte "Entre Terres et Vignes" in Châtillon-sur-Morin is located in Champagne in the Marne department, in the Grand Est region, near the Coteaux Sézannais.
Cottage in the countryside for 12 people maximum.
Come and stay, close to a working farm.
Come and discover life on the farm which will delight young and old alike.
Each season is a discovery.
One hour from Paris, half an hour from Provins (77), one hour from Épernay (51), capital of Champagne and 60 km from Troyes with its factory outlets.
Comfort and space await you "Between Land and Vines" in Châtillon-sur-Morin.

A large living room with its splendid fitted kitchen opening onto the covered terrace and its large garden.
A living room welcomes you with its pellet insert creating a cocooning atmosphere.
On the ground floor, a first parental suite "Léontine" (bed 160x200).
Independent WC and shower are also available.
A garage opening onto the exterior and interior of this magnificent farmhouse provides a pleasant and comfortable outbuilding. This allows you to receive a stroller, bicycle, motorbike... and it is also fitted out as a linen room (washing machine and dryer).

Upstairs, a second parental family suite, Constance, designed to accommodate a baby (baby bed available, changing table and bathtub)

Rooms: Juliette in the color of wheat and Clémence in its romantic spirit have two 90x200 beds (possible to put them together to receive 180x200 couples, specify when booking (extra bed for young children is available in the Clémence room)

The deposit of 30% of the amount of the rental price must be paid upon booking and the rest 30 days before arrival.
In case of withdrawal less than 60 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay is retained by the owner. The deposit paid by the tenant upon confirmation of the reservation is kept by the owner in the event of cancellation of the stay.

"Revue des vacances / Our Holiday Review"
We don’t often write reviews, but having just returned from our holiday in France, we enjoyed our whole experience so much that we felt compelled to share the experience. Not having had a holiday for five years and this being our five-year-old daughter’s first major trip, it was really important to us that we found a gite that met all of our needs, Gite entre Terres et Vignes did exactly that and more.
Valerie and Thierry couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout our booking process. As this holiday was so important to us, we had many questions, and Valerie was helpful and quick to respond. Their attention to detail and friendly approach was hugely reassuring to us, especially travelling with our little girl.
When we arrived at the Gite we knew we had made an excellent choice. The Gite is a newly converted barn set in an idyllic location. Valerie and Thierry were there to welcome us and were so kind and friendly. They provided an amazing welcome pack including a bottle of champagne, fresh eggs from their farm and a cake.
The Gite is very spacious and beautifully decorated to the highest standard with everything you could possibly need for a family holiday provided. Our daughter really enjoyed the playroom with all the toys and outside she loved the swing set, outdoor toys, sandpit and especially the spa. The spa is huge and provides a really relaxing way to spend the afternoon taking in the wonderful views.
We enjoyed meals outside on the covered terrace and at the huge dining table. All of the bedrooms are really large, airy and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are all large and well-equipped. We felt the Gite was beautiful and excellent value for money.
Clearly, Valerie and Thierry take great pride in their property, the grass was freshly cut and the gite was immaculately clean, with everything in pristine condition. Valerie was very helpful with any questions we had and also excellent at suggesting places nearby which would be of interest to our little girl
We were able to use the Gite as a base to visit Disneyland Paris.

"Revue des vacances / Our Holiday Review"
Nous n'écrivons pas souvent de critiques, mais venant de rentrer de nos vacances en France, nous avons tellement apprécié toute notre expérience que nous nous sommes sentis obligés de partager l'expérience. N'ayant pas eu de vacances depuis cinq ans et étant le premier grand voyage de notre fille de cinq ans, il était vraiment important pour nous de trouver un gîte qui réponde à tous nos besoins, Gite entre Terres et Vignes a fait exactement cela et plus encore.
Valérie et Thierry n'auraient pas pu être plus sympathiques, serviables et arrangeants tout au long de notre processus de réservation. Comme ces vacances étaient si importantes pour nous, nous avions beaucoup de questions, et Valérie était serviable et rapide à répondre. Leur souci du détail et leur approche amicale étaient extrêmement rassurants pour nous, surtout en voyageant avec notre petite fille.
Quand nous sommes arrivés au gîte, nous savions que nous avions fait un excellent choix. Le gîte est une grange nouvellement convertie située dans un endroit idyllique. Valérie et Thierry étaient là pour nous accueillir et étaient très gentils et sympathiques. Ils ont fourni un incroyable pack de bienvenue comprenant une bouteille de champagne, des œufs frais de leur ferme et un gâteau.
Le gîte est très spacieux et joliment décoré au plus haut niveau avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour des vacances en famille fournies. Notre fille a vraiment apprécié la salle de jeux avec tous les jouets et à l'extérieur, elle a adoré la balançoire, les jouets d'extérieur, le bac à sable et surtout le spa. Le spa est immense et offre une façon vraiment relaxante de passer l'après-midi à profiter de la vue magnifique.
Nous avons apprécié les repas à l'extérieur sur la terrasse couverte et à l'immense table à manger. Toutes les chambres sont vraiment grandes, aérées et joliment décorées. Les salles de bains sont toutes grandes et bien équipées. Nous avons trouvé que le gîte était magnifique et excellent rapport qualité / prix.
De toute évidence, Valérie et Thierry sont très fiers de leur propriété, l'herbe était fraîchement coupée et le gîte était impeccablement propre, avec tout en parfait état. Valérie était très serviable avec toutes les questions que nous avions et aussi excellente pour suggérer des endroits à proximité qui pourraient intéresser notre petite fille
Nous avons pu utiliser le gîte comme base pour visiter Disneyland Paris.
