Our 360m2 gite boasts spacious living areas with all the comforts you need. The 44m2 living room, the main living area, will be perfect for all your sharing moments.
The spacious 27m2 kitchen, fully equipped with a convivial table, will be ideal for preparing meals and snacks with your family (convection oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, 600l fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso).
Upstairs, 4 double bedrooms (bed 160x200) equipped with flat-screen TV, a dormitory with 4 beds (90*200) + a mezzanine with 3 additional beds (90x200). 15 people can be accommodated.
In terms of sanitary facilities, 2 rooms have private bathrooms, while the other rooms have shared bathrooms with walk-in showers and bathtubs, and 3 WCs.
Our games room features table soccer, darts, archery for children, double-shot arcade basketball, Molky and various board games.
Enjoy the warm weather and take advantage of our 2000 m2 enclosed garden with trees, children's play area (bird's nest swing, slide), petanque area, space to play soccer, badminton, volleyball...
For your barbecue evenings, our guinguette area and braziers will be ideal for enjoying the flavours of spring and summer.
Practical laundry facilities: 10kg washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, cleaning products.

We accept cheques, bank transfers (RIB on request) and ANCV vacation vouchers.
A deposit of 25% is payable on signing the contract to confirm your reservation.
The balance is payable by cheque or bank transfer one month before your arrival.
A security deposit of €2,000 will be required on arrival. This cheque will not be debited and will be returned after the inventory of fixtures at the end of your stay, or at the latest two months after your departure in the event of damage.
In the event of early departure preventing the inventory of fixtures from being drawn up, the security deposit will be returned within a period not exceeding one week.
For all events, family celebrations, christenings, birthdays or weddings involving privatization of the Domaine and use of the reception area, including furniture (tables, chairs, etc.), an additional charge will be applied to the "Accommodation rates".

At the end of your stay, electricity for the reception area will be billed according to meter readings at the current EDF rate.

Nous avons séjourner à 13 personnes en famille dans le gîte. Nous avons été ressourcer et apaiser en pleine nature. Merci à Christelle pour son accueil et ses conseils qui nous ont permis de visiter les alentours et Toulouse. Nous reviendrons
