Spa Bocce ball court Table football Hiking trails FishingCharming cottage, furnished for 4 people, with private terrace, in a 50 ha wooded park with pond, in the town of Ardon, 20 minutes from Orléans, 10 minutes from La Ferté-Saint-Aubin and 25 minutes from Lamotte-Beuvron.
We are located near Chambord, the golf courses of Limère and Marcilly, Balnéades, Center Parcs and various events: Nuits de Sologne, Game-Fair, Loire à Vélo and the equestrian competitions of Lamotte-Beuvron Open de France Generali 2 (exit A71 Olivet)
The cottage is composed of a living space with a Rapido type sofa bed, a TV corner, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, pod coffee maker, etc.), a dining area, a mezzanine bedroom with 80x200cm double beds and a walk-in shower room.
Unfortunately the configuration of our gîte does not allow us to accommodate people with reduced mobility.
Paddock and horse shelters as well as a large parking area for vans.

"Un gite charmant avec une option Spa"
Un gite niché au cœur de la forêt. Le logement est très agréable et décoré avec soins.
On est en pleine nature : on voit les faisans passer devant la maison, les lapins s'enfuir le matin et on devine que du gibier plus gros passe régulièrement aux grandes trouées dans les bosquets (nous n'en avons hélas pas vu durant notre court séjour).
Mention spécial pour le Spa : installé dans la véranda, il donne sur le terrain de la propriété. Quand il est utilisé le soir, on voit la nuit tomber et la lune s'installer juste en face. Vraiment agréable !
