It is composed of a living / dining room under a veranda, an equipped kitchen, 3 large bedrooms with terrace, 3 bathrooms with WC, a large heated outdoor swimming pool and its pool house, a large garden, barbecue, children's play area, bicycles and ping-pong table.
The proximity to Uzès (8 km) and the many tourist gems of the region - the Cévennes, Nîmes, Avignon, the Pont du Gard - makes the estate a privileged place due to its geographical location.
