The 3-star gîte has been a family house since the beginning of the 17th century, completely restored, independent (without vis-à-vis), east exposure, in exposed stone, on one level, on 1 ha land, fenced yard.

The cottage is located in the countryside between Limeuil and Le Bugue, near Les Eyzies, Sarlat and Bergerac (white wines: Monbazillac; red wines: Pécharmant, etc.)

The location of the gîte is perfect for rest, leisure and sightseeing.

Independent kitchen (10 m²): washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 200 L fridge-freezer.
Living room (20 m²): 170x90 table, 4 chairs, coffee table, sofa, armchairs, TV + TNT + DVD player, mini radio + CD, brochure display.
2 bedrooms :
- apple (10.5 m²): 1 bed 140, dressing room
- cherry (18.5 m²): 1 double bed, 1 single bed, desk, wardrobe.
Shower room: walk-in shower (120x90) with threshold (5cm), sink, mixers, hair dryer. Independent WC.
Linen: ironing board, iron.
Gas central heating.
Partly covered terrace (25 m²) (10 m²): garden furniture (140x90 table) + 4 armchairs, barbecue, 2 deckchairs, parasol.
Fenced yard on a 1 ha plot, parking space (2 max).

The cottage is equipped with smoke detectors and therefore it is not allowed to smoke inside, it is possible outside an ashtray is at your disposal.
Communication: telephone on demand and free WiFi internet.
