House of character in the heart of Bugey, the Timeless was renovated twenty years ago by enthusiasts with noble materials: stone, terracotta, wrought iron, wood.
It is conducive to rest, rejuvenation, outdoor activities, tasting of local products as well as beautiful moments of sharing with friends or family.
It is located in Ordonnaz, a small village at an altitude of 900 m on a plateau between Belley and Ambérieu-en-Bugey, in still wild nature, just 1 hour's drive from Lyon, Grenoble, Annecy or even Geneva.

You will have the entire residence, i.e. 250 m².
On the ground floor you will find 3 large and bright rooms in a row:
* a beautiful kitchen equipped with a Lacanche range cooker, a large stone worktop, a dishwasher, a De'Longhi coffee maker… as well as a large wooden table that can accommodate 8 people
* a relaxation area with board games
* a vast cathedral lounge with its very large bay window

A bathroom with toilet, as well as a boiler room and a laundry room are on the same level.

By a beautiful stone and wrought iron staircase you will reach the floor serving 4 bedrooms including a master suite with its bathroom, a shower room and a separate toilet.
On this floor you will also have a magnificent open library area conducive to work or reading.

You will have private access to the swimming pool as well as the garden and the terrace during your stay. A plancha (gas) will be made available to you.

A few steps from the house, you can access the communal tennis court as well as the pétanque court. A set of 4 rackets and tennis balls as well as petanque balls will be at your disposal.

Bed and bath linen will be provided.

Pets are welcome (maximum 2 dogs) provided they respect the furniture and facilities made available.
