The cottage is located in the Regional Park of the Grands Causses in southern Aveyron, on the banks of the Rance river where there is the possibility of fishing or soaking your feet. It is located in a green setting, quiet ideal for holidays with family or friends.
The house consists of a single storey with a fully equipped open kitchen, a living room, a bedroom (1 double bed), a shower room and WC. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (3 double beds), a bathroom bathroom and a toilet.
The accommodation has a cellar to store bicycles, motorbikes... an open field, a terrace with garden table.
Several activities are available to you, you can enjoy walks in the freestone villages (Combret, Pousthomy, St Sernin ...), visit the Monastery of Notre Dame d'Orient (17th century) 5 min walk from the gîte, the Roquefort cellars, the Millau viaduct or the episcopal city of Albi (UNESCO).
For the more athletic, you will find a karting track nearby, tree climbing or canoeing in the Tarn gorges.
The cottage is located 5 km from the village of St Sernin sur Rance offering all amenities such as bakery, mini-market, cafes, restaurants, doctor, pharmacy... an outdoor swimming pool with water slide and foodtruck as well as night markets with local products and music in July and August.
