You can enjoy a large plot of land in the peace and quiet of the countryside, surrounded by 25 hectares of land.
The living room is of an exceptional size: approximately 140 m².
The kitchen is very well equipped with for example a 600 litre refrigerated cabinet, built-in freezer, 15 place dishwasher, traditional oven, built-in microwave oven etc.
An induction hob and a gas domino.
The home cinema room includes a projector and a giant 3 m diagonal screen as well as a 5.1 sound system, an Apple TV and a PS4...
A billiard table “stands” in the middle of the living room.
The rooms all have a Zen, Beach, New York, Moroccan theme...
The nearest neighbors are 450 m away as the crow flies.
In a bucolic setting, this cottage is located approximately one kilometer from the Vilaine river.
This group accommodation is also located in the "country of 3 rivers"...
Gîte rented by the week in summer, it can be rented on weekends in low season for family reunions, cousin reunions, etc. and mid-week from Monday 5 p.m. to Friday 10 a.m.
