Hello and welcome, a convivial place ideal for family holidays, in the peace of the countryside.

We look forward to welcoming you to this charming hostel with a maximum capacity of 20 people, only on weekends and for a minimum of two nights.

This beautiful building is an old farmhouse. Located near the vegetable garden in the Domaine de la Tour, on a large plot of 5 hectares, you will find the following facilities:

Beautiful renovated farmhouse of 210 m² including an independent studio. You can enjoy a heated swimming pool (open from May to September), tennis courts, petanque, badminton/volleyball and a table tennis table in good weather.

- Left part of the farmhouse:
Dining room/equipped kitchen that can accommodate 20 people at the table, 1 television and 1 fireplace. A bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. A bathroom with 3 showers and 3 toilets.

- Central part of the farmhouse:
Dormitory of 51 m² with 2 sofa beds, 1 double bed, 1 fireplace and 1 stove.

- Right part of the farmhouse:
Dining room/equipped kitchen, a lounge area with stove, 1 WC. Two double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 1 bathroom.

- Studio part in the farmhouse:
Usable area of 28 m², a living room with an equipped kitchenette (2 hotplates, fridge, microwave), 1 dining table, 1 TV, 1 double sofa bed and a shower room with 1 WC.
A mezzanine floor 1.5 m high, accessible by a staircase, with a double bed on a futon.

A cot is available on request subject to availability.

This cottage is located on the 5 hectare estate of Manoir de la Tour (occupied by its owners), with a park part and a wooded part to allow you to take pleasant walks.
A communal barbecue is available as well as several picnic tables.

Parties, music and noisy parties are not allowed to respect the calm of the place and the neighborhood.

A tennis court and a badminton court are available, as well as a large swimming pool (25 meters long by 7 meters wide) which is open from May to September and from 10am to 8pm.
The Manoir de la Tour reserves the right to modify the hours or to close the swimming pool at any time, in particular for technical, health or safety reasons.

The park and its facilities (swimming pool, tennis court, barbecue, etc.) are shared, ie they are accessible by tenants of the Domaine de la Tour guest rooms.

The swimming pool does not have a small pool, and therefore is not suitable for young children without supervision and people who cannot swim.
She is not supervised. It is non-chlorinated, and has an ecological cleaning system by sand filter and copper/silver ionization.

The cottage is located in the charming town of Saints, near Coulommiers (9 km) where you will find all the useful and necessary shops (supermarket, restaurants, etc.)

It is 1 hour from Paris, 30 minutes from Disneyland and the tree climbing park, 10 minutes from the Parc des Félins, 33 kilometers from the medieval city of Provins.

The exterior equipment is reserved exclusively for the occupants of the gîte and the guest rooms. In order to guarantee better comfort to the occupants, no outside visitors can be admitted.
