This gîte is ideal for housing your company's employees since each room has its own bathroom (shower, sink and WC) and its own television and is also very practical for reunions with friends or families!
On the ground floor, you will find:
-1 equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, a fridge freezer and another fridge, breakfast equipment (filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster).
-1 large dining room
-1 living room with TV and 2-seater sofa bed
-1 bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink intended for PRM (Person with Reduced Mobility)
Upstairs :
- 1 modular bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 double bed and adjoining bathroom (shower, sink, WC) and TV
- 1 modular bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 double bed and its adjoining bathroom (shower, sink, WC) and TV
- 1 modular bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 double bed and its adjoining bathroom (shower, sink, WC) and TV

All beds are equipped with new bedding and linens are provided.

The cottage has a terrace and a fenced garden with two small gates that lock for added safety for children.
The outdoor facilities are: tables, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue.
We offer you :
- high chair, board games, card games, soccer ball, molky, pétanque balls.
A football, tennis and pétanque field is 2 minutes from the farm, you can go there whenever you want!
The house is not suitable for animals.
