Located in green Périgord, gite in an old paper mill in the heart of greenery: gite directly overlooking forests, meadows, rocks, stream.
For people who practice horse riding, it is possible to accommodate your horse(s).

Gite rented for 5 people (possible layout for 7 people see with the owner).
Existence of a step to access the main room. Ground floor concerning the kitchen, the main room, the toilets and the bathroom. Access to the two individual bedrooms, each with a bed for 2 people, is via 2 steps. The third sleeping place, including a single bed, is located on the mezzanine overlooking the main room. Access is via a miller's ladder.

Cottage in a quiet and green location: located in the heart of a property of 10 hectares of forests and meadows, the cottage is ideal for lovers of the countryside.
Wild animals are the main visitors.
The direct view, without vis-à-vis, on the rocks, the stream, the washhouse, forests and meadows ensures a total change of scenery.
Exterior and interior layout allowing you to take full advantage of the site.

Sunshine and nature: whatever the time of day the cottage is always sunny: windows and double French windows to the South, West and East.
In the main room 4 openings: 3 windows overlooking the waterfall, dovecote and stream and a double French window overlooking the rocks.

A private pond and many water points less than 10m from the cottage (stream, washhouse, small waterfall) contribute to rest.

From the cottage you will find departures for hiking and mountain biking circuits.
Nearby, many sports and cultural activities: horse riding, canoeing, swimming... visits to castles, caves (Villars, Lascaux, Eyzies, ...), visits to museums (Thiviers, Nontron, Sorges...). Brantome Venice of Périgord 15 minutes from our cottage.

The cottage includes a large room with a lounge area (TV) and a living area. To access the main room from the outside, a step is present. A mezzanine with a single bed (access is via a miller's ladder). Two adjoining bedrooms each with a double bed. Access to the bedrooms with 2 steps. A shower room/wc. A kitchen area with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, etc. A covered terrace with garden furniture allowing you to have lunch outside.
Board games, football goal, badminton, etc. are available.

Due to the proximity of the water, the cottage is strongly not recommended for families with children under 5 years old.
The reception is carried out by the owner or a representative.
