Biciclette in prestitoOld detached house with garden, located in a small village in southern Burgundy, in the middle of the bocages and vineyards of the Chalonnaise coast, near the greenway, the medieval village of Saint-Gengoux-le-National (all shops), circuits of Romanesque churches and castles (Cormatin, Pontus de Tyard, etc.), typical villages, the wine route, the Montagny wine trail, the GR76 and on the way to Assisi.
You can also enjoy numerous hiking trails departing from the village and the Georama of Culles-les-Roches.
The house is located at the top of the village of Saint-Martin-du-Tartre which rises to an altitude of 430 meters.
From the back of the village, by taking the vineyard route on foot or by bike provided, you can enjoy a magnificent panorama and sunset over the Guye valley.
For fishermen, the nearby Grosne River offers multiple fishing opportunities, from trout fishing to pike fishing.
