Located in the heart of Ried in a small village close to all amenities.
We are also at the center of the Colmar - Strasbourg axis to offer you a wide range of possibilities to visit our beautiful Alsace.

On the ground floor of our cottage you will find a kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker ...) open to the living room (flat screen TV with cable channels, DVD player, internet WiFi), a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and two sinks, a laundry (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board) and a toilet
Upstairs are two bedrooms (with 140x190 beds), one of which overlooks the terrace and a toilet with washbasin.
Then a little higher a mezzanine houses two beds (90x190) that can be modulated.

You will also have all you need for the little ones: high chair, changing table, cot.

The house is equipped with a reversible heat pump to be able to cool in summer.

Outside a paved courtyard and a terrace equipped with a garden furniture with gas barbecue will allow you to relax, all in a fenced private courtyard with electric gate.
