Laundry room common to the gîtes with washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
Swimming pool from June to September, self-supporting, 9 m and 1.1 m of unheated water.
Rental of 2 electric bikes on site.
Possibility to meet up with friends or family on our property: 2 other gites for 2 x 4 people (see ad gi14042 le tradition + gi40694 le loft)

"Gite qui porte bien son nom"
Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Isabelle et Fabrice.
Le studio est bien agencé, il ne manque rien et si ça avait été le cas il aurait suffit de demander à Isabelle.
Le petit plus est la piscine. Nous n'avons pas trop eu le temps d'en profiter car nous avons visité les châteaux, le zoo de Beauval et la ville de tours. Tout cela a 1 heure maximum de route.
De beaux moments d'échanges et de convivialité aussi avec les autres locataires grâce à Isabelle et Fabrice.
Merci beaucoup, nous recommandons sans hésitation votre gîte.
