• HEATED SWIMMING POOL (with a heat pump) in wood above ground (6.60 x 3.50 m) safe for children;
THE POOL IS OPEN AND HEATED FROM THE END OF MAY TO SEPTEMBER DEPENDING ON WEATHER CONDITIONS.
• an AQUABIKE in the swimming pool allows you to relax and maintain your body while improving your physical condition
• a SPA (6 places) with dimmed lights will relax you; relaxation and jet massages in water at 37° for your daily pleasure.
This is in service all year round.
- 1 large private garage of 50 m² (1 ping-pong table, table football and bicycles for children).
1 portico with double swings and its slide.
The cottage has two large terraces, one with the SPA.
= From the largest terrace we enter the gite on the ground floor
- 1 fully equipped kitchen.
- 1 living room (1 flat screen TV, 1 HIFI channel, ADSL and Wi-Fi)
- 1 bathroom (hand basin and WC).
- 1 utility room (1 washing machine)

"Reposant et bien équipé"
Nos15 jours au gîte ont été parfaits ! Un ecrin de verdure très ressourçant. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée. terrasse accueillante et bien exposée. Piscine rafraîchissante malgré la canicule etspa très appréciable.
Nadine et Jean-Paul ont su nous renseigner et répondre à nos demandes tout en restant hyper discrets.
Une très belle région avec de nombreuses activités sportives et nature à découvrir. Le marché de Villefranche est incontournable et Najac une cité médiévale à ne pas manquer.
Merci pour ce très bon séjour qui restera un excellent souvenir.

"Superbe"
Gîte extra où rien ne manque. Beaucoup de matériel ,déco adorable, piscine, Spa. Ici tout est calme ,paisible. Detente assurée. La région regorge de très beaux villages à visiter...
De plus l'accueil des propriétaires est extra. Une excellente "Fouace" gâteau du pays fait par Nadine nous attendait. Bref n'hésitez pas ,vous serez vraiment bien.

notre région où de beaux villages , marchés gourmands , sentiers pédestres ne manquent pas .
Heureusement le soleil timide au départ s est montré plus généreux en fin de séjour pour pouvoir apprécier la piscine chauffée à 30°.
