Sentieri trekkingWelcome to Gîte de Claire in Périgord. The independent house, with 2 bedrooms which can accommodate 4 people and your pet. Towels and bed linen are included. The house is located in a former paper-making village, Couze-et-Saint Front, in Périgord in the Dordogne valley, between Bergerac and Sarlat.
The cottage and its patio are located in a small street, with simple local access, on the heights of the village, ensuring peace and quiet.
On the front of the renovated house, a pleasant, intimate 30 m² south-west facing terrace allows you to take your meals outside early in the season or relax in the summer in the shade of the arbor. It is possible to park your vehicle nearby in free public parking.
On the ground floor, the living room accommodates an equipped kitchen area in an authentic atmosphere: raw stone walls and whitewashed wood, 1 wood stove. Separate toilets and shower room.
Upstairs, a small, very bright, intimate TV lounge gives access to the 2 bedrooms with cozy and cocoon decor: whitewashed wood and whitewashed walls.
In the shopping village 0,5KM, Lalinde 3 km, Beaumont 9 km, Monpazier 24 km and Molières 12 km
Medieval villages of Issigeac 17 km away, Limeuil classified as “the most beautiful villages in France” as well as Monpazier
Religious monuments and villages of Cadouin 17 km and Saint Avit Senieur 13 km classified as UNESCO world heritage sites as part of the Camino de Santiago.

"Entière satisfaction à recommander vivement"
Excellent séjour au gîte de Claire en ce mois de septembre Cadre typique du Périgord. Maison accueillante et coquette, très bien décorée, équipement top. Les nuits y sont paisibles et confortables.
Proche de sites touristiques, sportifs et gastronomiques. Tout y est.
