Gîte Chassiron - Les Pertuis Rochelais

This new and peaceful gîte, on the Pertuis Rochelais estate, is inspired by the fishermen's houses on the islands of Ré and Oléron.
An ideal place to recharge your batteries in La Rochelle with family or friends, it includes 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and a wooden terrace and a small enclosed garden.
The whole is on one level with no steps to access with a large walk-in shower in the bathroom.

The cottage has its own private parking at the foot of the accommodation on the property.
We have an electric vehicle charging station and a closed bicycle shelter with its charging sockets.

Access to the Jacuzzi / massage SPA all year round and to the heated swimming pool (May to October depending on the weather).
We provide bed and bathroom linen, a cleaning service.
We can prepare a hearty and varied breakfast of local products for you, taken at the buffet, along the swimming pool or delivered to the gîte at your request (price €11/person).

You are 10 minutes from the old port by car, 15 minutes by bike (gîte located along the Vélodyssée), 45 minutes on foot via a beautiful shaded walk along the canal which flows into the Old Port of La Rochelle.
You are 10 minutes from the Pont de l'Île de Ré and the Airport with easy road access nearby, making your excursions easier.

Guillaume & Valérie will be happy to guide you in planning your walks and excursions in the Charente Islands, the Poitevin marsh or share their good tips for La Rochelle.
