On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with its wood stove (wood available free of charge) and its sea view, a spacious BATHROOM, a separate WC.

You will have four bedrooms (high-end bedding)
- two with 1 bed 160 x 200 with direct view on the sea and each their own bathroom with WC
- a duplex bedroom under the roof, very cozy, with 1 bed 160 x 200 and two large skylights overlooking the countryside and the sea
- a 4th bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200 (can be twinned)

The Villa Kerhuel "la Maison d'en haut" is completely renovated, located less than 400 m from the sea, it offers a direct view of the bay of Morlaix, the Louët island and the Taureau castle.

The 168 m² living area for up to 8 people consists of a main house and an outbuilding, ideally designed for family reunions or with friends.

In the garden, in a heated wooden chalet, there is a WELLNESS AREA including a large 5-seat SPA where the water is at 36 ° c, a HAMMAM (steam heat of 40 ° c / 45 ° c), a walk-in shower and a toilet.

You will also find a GAMES AREA where a BABY-FOOT and a FLIPPER will allow you to spend good evenings.

BIKES with child seat if necessary, are available on request in the gîte.

Sea trips in KAYAKS or on a 6 m SAILBOAT with the owner can be offered free of charge and thus discover the wonderful Bay of Morlaix, or go fishing at sea (subject to the owner's availability, weather forecast , tide times, ...)
