Gîte champêtre de groupe dans le Limousin

Former farmhouse, and large Limousin country property, the gîte, Au verger du Theil, is located on a 2 hectare rural estate, surrounded by nature 6 km from Eymoutiers, on the way to Saint-Jacques de Compostela, at the gateway to the natural and cultural treasures of the Millevaches plateau.

Calm and peaceful, the hamlet brings together the cottage with a surface area of 420 m², initially designed and fitted out to accommodate 25 people, a garden with fruit trees, a swimming pool, an orchard, barns, a large open car park as well as our home.

The entire accommodation of the gîte is spread over 2 levels and currently accommodates up to 15 people maximum. It is composed on the ground floor of a large dining room with a wood stove, a television, a private lounge, a children's playroom, a kitchen and scullery, 2 WCs and a shower room and upstairs 2 WCs, 2 shower rooms and 8 bedrooms.

The configuration of the sleeping area, organized into 8 bedrooms, each of which is equipped with a sink, allows everyone to maintain comfort and privacy when grouping together, whether with friends, family or even colleagues and comrades.
