This house, located in Theix-Noyalo, is ideal for 4 people. You will have at your disposal 2 bedrooms, a shared swimming pool open from April 1st to the end of the All Saints holidays and a Wifi connection.

This east-facing gite is suitable for people with motor disabilities.
Located to the east, on the back of the farmhouse, it has a small green terrace; a large garden, a few meters away, reaches out to you... It gives access to a shared swimming pool which allows you to benefit from it twice 1h30 per day in a private way.
Ideally located to visit the region of the Gulf of Morbihan and its many riches. You will be 6 km from the port of Vannes, 9 km from a beach on the Gulf (la pointe du Bill), and 20 km from the large ocean beaches.

You can prepare delicious recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, then enjoy them around the dining table for 4 guests.
The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower and separate toilet.
The house features heating that you will pay, if necessary, in addition according to your actual consumption, a washing machine, a dressing room, ironing equipment and a desk.
At the end of the stay, cleaning must be done by the tenant or can be organized for the sum of 80 euros to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the tenant, or can be rented for the sum of 10 euros per person to be paid on site.
You can park on site (additional charges may apply). Smoking is prohibited inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
The second bedroom is a mezzanine with two single beds. The gîte has electric central heating which you will be charged for, only if you use it, on the basis of your actual consumption.
