Cottage KOTO*, our cocoon of sweetness situated in the heart of a small country village and in the center of Vendée is a luminous house with a garden. This residence has been designed in a sustainable and ecological way, with innovative technical performances. It is located at the edge of a few other collective wooden habitats.
If you are looking for a relaxed stay, a "break" from the routine or a dynamic stay, rich in discoveries, you will be able to find what you are looking for in our cottage.
Do you want to enjoy a tonic stay with many activities?
The countryside and forest trails will lead you to sports activities : walking, jogging, cycling…. Ten minutes away, there are plenty of leisure activities involving water : lakes, rivers, fishing, hiking, boating, survival course, horse riding…
Would you like to invigorate the air of the sea, while enjoying peace of the countryside?
You are only half an hour away from the Atlantic ocean wild or touristy coast.
Are you tempted to experience rejuvenating or creative activities?
We or our network can offer creativity workshops (on request) about : paper art, book-binding, sculpture, sewing… Or moments of well-being with different activities like singing, sophrology, metamorphic massage, nonviolent communication… All available nearby.
Every Friday evening, an organic vegetable vendor offers local products. Don’t worry if you arrive only on Saturday, you can have the possibility to order your own basket of seasonal vegetables.
Do you wish to discover historical or natural sites?
You will be nearby La Roche Sur Yon, Nantes, La Rochelle, Le Puy du Fou, le Marais Poitevin, Maillezais, Fontenay le Compte, Noirmoutier, Les Sables d’Olonne (Vendée Globe), le Marais Breton…

Housecleaning fee is 80 euros.

"De très bonnes vacances"
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte hyper confortable, très propre, moderne, au calme, non loin de plages magnifiques et de nombreuses visites à faire (châteaux, abbayes, parcs, musées...).
