Completely renovated, this gite was the old village café.
In a large bright room opening onto the balcony-terrace via two bay windows, there is a fully equipped kitchen area and a lounge area with television.
Beautiful cozy bedroom with a large king size bed (160x200 cm). From the bed you can admire the landscape through the bay window installed in the wall which separates the bedroom from the living room.
Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilets.
You will have the entire accommodation independently.
Entrance on one level at the end of a sloping alley, but balcony overlooking the estate.
Autonomous electric heating.
Small barrier at the entrance to the terrace.
Barbecue.
Pets welcome.

c) If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.
d) If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the date of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his lodging. The deposit remains with the owner who will request payment of the balance of the rental.
