The cottage is 500 m from all shops, doctors and pharmacy, close to several restaurants located in the town and large parks (Lorient)
You are 15 minutes from the TGV station, 10 minutes from the A7 exit (Valence sud) and 1 hour from Lyon, 15 minutes from the city center of Valence (labeled "Pays d'art et d'histoire") Many possibilities for discoveries and outings.
Not far from the Vercors and the main roads, this 53 m² gîte is located on the 1st floor of the owners' house, with independent access via a private 23 m² terrace subtly arranged in the "impressive arms" of a plane tree decorated with a private spa.
Large living room with kitchen area opening onto a lounge area, a dining area and a sleeping area (1 bed 160x200).
Shower room. Dressing room. Washing machine.
Wooden terrace, surrounded by trees, with a 2-seater SPA, with LED lighting.
Non-smoking cottage.

In order to proceed with the firm reservation, a 30% deposit check will be requested at the same time as the rental contract to be approved and returned signed by post.
The deposit (collected 1 month before your arrival) will not be refunded in the event of cancellation.
The balance of the rental must be paid 15 days before your arrival. Beyond this, the reservation may be cancelled.
* If the time between your reservation and your arrival is short, and also depending on the number of days rented, you will be asked to pay the entire stay with the return of the contract.

"Reservez"
Cet endroit est magnifique, l'intérieur super cosy et le spa et la terrasse génials. L'intérieur est en bois très bien rénové. Le lit est grand et tout a été à notre disposition. Les hôtes en plus de ça ont le cœur sur la main.

"Gîte à recommander sans hésitation"
Nous avons été accueillis par la propriétaire Annick des lieux avec une petite spécialité bien agréable de la Drôme. Le gîte est bien aménagée et de bon goût avec une terrasse perchée dans les arbres. Pour finir, un petit SPA le soir permet d'assurer une détente totale.

"Amazing experience"
Annick and Michel are amazing people, very friendly and always ready to help. The place is surrounded by trees, close to the country side, steps away from le Vercors. The gîte has tons of information on daily excursions and places to eat. The place has all it needs and +. I highly recommend it. After a day of hiking the SPA is a great way to relax, followed by an Apéritif on the terrace under an old platane.

"Super adresse"
Gîte tres accueillant, super bien équipé et tres propre. La décoration est soignée. Le Spa et la terrasse sont vraiment un plus. Les propriétaires sont vraiment agréables et d une grande gentillesse. Tout est reuni pour passer un excellent séjour.
