De gite grenst aan het huis van de eigenaren (er is slechts één gite op het terrein). We delen de parkeerplaats. De accommodatie is volledig onafhankelijk, evenals een eigen buitenterras zonder inkijk met uitzicht op het bos.
De locatie is ideaal en centraal voor het bezoeken van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden van de Luberon: Roussillon, Bonnieux, de Provençaalse Colorado van Rustrel, Ménerbes, Gordes, enz...

Article 1 - This contract is granted to the tenant for tourism purposes and is of a seasonal nature.
Article 2 - Duration of the stay: The tenant signatory of this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.
Article 3 - Conclusion of the contract: The reservation becomes effective when the tenant has sent the owner a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount and a copy of the signed contract. A second copy is to be kept by the tenant.
The rental concluded between the parties to this deed can in no way benefit third parties, natural or legal persons, except with the written consent of the owner.
Article 4 - Cancellation by the tenant: Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter to the owner.
a) Cancellation before arrival on the premises: the deposit remains with the owner. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival in the premises.
If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the scheduled date of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his lodging. The deposit also remains with the owner who will ask for the balance of the rental.
b) If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. There will be no reimbursement or reduction of rent.
Article 5 - Cancellation by the owner: The owner reimburses the tenant the amount of the deposit collected.
Article 6 - Arrival: The tenant must present himself on the specified day and at the time mentioned in this contract. In case of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must notify the owner.
Article 7 - Payment of the balance: The balance of the rental is paid on entering the premises.
Article 8 - Security deposit or surety: On the tenant's arrival, a security deposit in the amount of 450 euros is requested by the owner. This deposit is returned, after deducting the cost of repairing the premises if damage is observed.
Article 9 - Use of the premises: The tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and make use of it in accordance with the destination of the premises.
Article 10 - Insurance: The tenant is responsible for all damages caused by him. He is invited to take out a holiday-type insurance contract for these various risks.

"Super appartement a 2 pas de la voie verte"
Excellent accueil, Patricia et son mari sont disponibles, sympathiques et de bons conseils.
L'appartement est parfaitement équipé, (absolument tout ce dont nous avions besoin a la cuisine comme a la salle de bain), il est d'une grande proprete (ce qui est une qualite rare).
Il est parfaitement situe, si on veux rejoindre la voie verte a velo (a quelques mètres de l'appartement) c'est ideal.
Bref tout est parfait !

"Très bonne adresse"
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Le gîte est très fonctionnel, confortable et propre. Le parking est également un vrai plus. Le gîte est situé à proximité de tous les jolis villages provençaux à visiter impérativement! Sans oublier les baignades dans la piscine et les siestes dans les transats. Pas de doute, c’est une excellente adresse pour se ressourcer.

"Séjour du 27 juillet au 3 août 2024"
Notre séjour dans ce gîte c’est très bien des hôtes discret et très à l’écoute de nos besoins. Très calme parking pour notre véhicule et petite remise pour les vélos. Très bien situé pour les visites et randonnées. Nous recommandons sans aucun problème. (le plus une piscine très appréciée).

Guest house confortable, située dans un lotissement calme. Le logement est bien équipé, on ne manque de rien. De plus les propriétaires sont prévenants et disponibles, nous recommandons sans hésitation.

"Séjour du 3 au 19 juillet 2021"
Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans ce gîte et tout était au top. Le calme, la propreté, l accueil des propriétaires Patricia et Roderich , tout était parfait. S'il vous manque quoi que ce soit n ayez pas peur de demander à Patricia. Voilà dommage que ça aie été trop court. Sans doute à une prochaine. Marie Christine et Omero de Belgique.

"Très bon séjour"
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gîte où rien ne manquait. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la climatisation ainsi que la piscine bien aménagée.

"Gîte très agréable à Apt"
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Apt, dans un gîte très calme, confortable, très soigné. Des hôtes très accueillants que nous recommandons.
