The Gîte Bord de Mer is a warm vacation rental for your stays of 1 to 4 people. A kitchen living room of 28 m² with its 2 large bay windows offers you beautiful light and a soothing view of the garden with its lush vegetation. A 23 m² bedroom and its 7.5 m² bathroom provide you with the comfort of a king-size bed (180 x 200) and a walk-in shower.
On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom of 25 m² with its bathroom and separate toilet offers a 160 x 200 bed and beautiful light.
A laundry area completes this accommodation.
The living room and the bedroom on the ground floor are open onto the south-facing terrace and are accessible to people with reduced mobility with an access ramp on the side of the house, a flat threshold entrance, a bathroom with shower. , the possibility of raising the bed (on request) and installing a shower chair or stool.
