The COTTON HOUSE opens its doors in summer 2020, Baudelaire would say:
"There everything is order and beauty, luxury, calm and voluptuousness"
Without pretension... it's Baudelaire speaking! (humor lightens the daily grind! Apparently!)
Welcome to the COTTON HOUSE,
It is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by pine trees.
Nestled in greenery, 1km2 from the Arcachon basin and the center of Andernos,
the birdsong might wake you up!
The House is built exclusively from bio-sourced materials!
Charming house:
It offers you 2 very bright, perfectly soundproofed rooms,
by independent access.
Each room has a large private terrace with no vis-à-vis.
A terrace shared by both bedrooms overlooks the sun-drenched garden
at dusk. Part of the garden is entirely reserved for guests.
They have been decorated with carefully selected furniture and objects.
Each room has a private shower room, sink and separate toilet.
A kitchen shared by both rooms will allow you to have your breakfasts or even to have lunch or dinner either inside or on your private terrace, not overlooked. Or even in the garden reserved for you.
