OUR PROPERTY
In the town of Caux, between sea and mountains, pretty little quiet property in a cul-de-sac with a beautiful open view, on a 1200 m² enclosed garden with olive trees, fig trees, lemon trees... 6 minutes from Pézénas, 20 minutes from Béziers, 25 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches, 25 minutes from Lake Salagou, 40 minutes from Narbonne, 45 minutes from Montpellier, as well as the thermal cures of Lamalou-les-Bains 30 minutes away.
In a region where the sun dominates and shines 300 days a year, you can enjoy our beautiful 5 x 10 m swimming pool for swimming and its tiled beach for relaxing and tanning, it is the ideal place for successful vacation.
