In the heart of the Gers, Gascon country famous for its gastronomy, wines and Armagnac, our cottage, full of charm, 5/6 people, on the edge of the Aignan wood, is located in an exceptional green setting with views impregnable on the Pyrenees.
Close to a nautical base and recreation. Many activities are offered.
2 km, all shops in the village of Aignan.
Ideally located near many events: Jazz de Marciac, Nogaro circuit, the medieval terms of Armagnac, salsa of Vic-Fezensac, bullfights at the Aignan bullring, Lupiac (village of d'Artagnan) ...
DESCRIPTION OF THE GITE
On the ground floor :
- 1 living room with fireplace, sofa, armchairs and sofa bed for one person, TV, WiFi, overlooking a beautiful terrace with barbecue / plancha.
- 1 kitchen
- 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, adjoining; 1 Italian shower room
- 1 separate toilet
1st floor:
- 1 large room 20 m² with balcony on the forest, including: 1 double bed (2 x 90), 1 sofa bed in 110
- 1 shower room with wc. A hairdryer is at your disposal
Possibility: 1 cot.
For your enjoyment, you can relax around a beautiful pool of 60 m²
We will be happy to welcome you around a local aperitif and advise you to make you discover this beautiful region just 1h00 from the Pyrenees and 1h30 from the ocean.
Possibility to rent by the night, except July / August.

"Très agréable"
Un accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec des hôtes adorables. Le logement est douillet et très bien équipé. La forêt est à portée de main, et la piscine est un vrai plus, le tout dans un endroit blotti dans la campagne. C'était une expérience que nous ne regrettons pas !

"Tranquillité absolue !"
Nous venons de passer un super séjour d'une semaine dans ce gîte très confortable' très bien équipé et dans un cadre verdoyant magnifique. La piscine privée est un plus indéniable et se situe elle aussi dans un cadre magnifique. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et accueillants et n'hésitent pas à vous rendre service si vous avez besoin, ce qui fut notre cas. Le gîte est proche du village d'Aignan où vous trouverez bon nombre de commerces et sans faire trop de kilomètres, vous aurez plein de pépites gersoises à découvrir. Nous recommandons vivement La Cahuze du Bois et l'accueil très chaleureux de ses propriétaires 😊
