Gîte avec piscine et spa, 15 personnes, en campagne

We will welcome you in our fully renovated gîte in the countryside, including:
- on the ground floor: a large living room, a fitted kitchen (oven and mini-oven, hob, microwave, 2 fridges, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) open to living room, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, WC, shower room, utility room with washing machine and dryer.

- upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, a bathroom (bath + changing table, baby bath), a mezzanine with 1 click- sofa bed for 1 person and 1 single bed, WC.

It also depends on another small house with 1 double bed, 3 single beds and 1 sofa bed for 1 person as well as a bathroom and WC.

The exteriors include an indoor heated swimming pool, a relaxation area with bar, billiards and spa, a terrace, an enclosed courtyard, covered courtyard with barbecue, lawn.

Provision of garden furniture, sun loungers, travel cot, 2 baby high chairs…

From 500 to 1200 € depending on the week (from Saturday 4:00 p.m. to Saturday following 10:00 a.m.).
Rental possible on weekends depending on week bookings (from Friday 6 p.m. to Sunday 6 p.m.)

8 km: Sillé le Guillaume: 3350 ha of forests, superb lakes, shaded and supervised beach (July and August) and lake, nautical and outdoor center, sports or hiking (archery) , climbing initiation, horse riding, canoeing…)

12 km: Saint-Léonard-des-Bois, charming little village with a magnificent panorama, flowered village, green and natural setting for all outdoor activities: hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, climbing, horse riding, fishing, hunting or archery. You will marvel while crossing the Toyères gorges and have fun with family or friends in a two-seater canoe or kayak.

4 x 4 piloting: try your hand at piloting a 4 x 4 - Piloting course, initiation, improvement, trial, baptism.
Tree climbing: in the woods of the Gasseau area, come and discover the acrobatic park at the height of 75 workshops, including 10 new ones. 5 courses allowing children, families or accomplished athletes to practice each at their own pace and according to their level. The different routes will delight parents and children and will delight thrill seekers.

Mounted donkey trek: in an atypical landscape, the Domaines de l'Âne invite you to discover the Alpes Mancelles, a wooded region rich in nature where you will discover its traditions and local know-how.
Climbing: 4 climbing sites are referenced and marked on the Sarthe gorges.

Paragliding: The steep site of the Saint Léonard des Bois valley offers 2 famous departures for paragliders
5 km: Saint-Georges-le-Gaultier: bungee jumping
1 hour away: Saulges and its caves and rock shelters, an exceptional site, whose particularity is to have been occupied by Man from Prehistory to the present day.
