Gîte avec piscine à 2 km du Centre Historique de Sarlat

Located in lush greenery, this small accommodation has the particularity of having a beautiful 8 x 4 m swimming pool reserved for the use of tenants.
There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed with an extra bed in the kitchen room.

The plus is the 25 m² terrace overlooking the swimming pool where holidaymakers spend part of their rest time.

The gite is located in our dwelling house, which is a living house, but we take great care to preserve the tranquility of holidaymakers.
Well exposed, the cottage without air conditioning stays cool during hot weather and the pool deck enjoys a lot of sunshine.

I remain available to tenants throughout their stay and always take a moment to advise them on the various sites and activities in the region.
Well located 2 km from the historic center of Sarlat, there are however local shops, bakery and pharmacy 2 min walk and a large Leclerc, Decathlon, Picard etc 2 min by car.
