Avalon is a comfortable cottage for 4 people. Its south-facing orientation will allow you to benefit from ideal sunshine. Its geographical location is ideal for discovering the Gulf and its many riches. It gives access to a covered and heated indoor swimming pool from April 1 to the end of the All Saints holidays. This pool is privately accessible twice for 1h30 per day (schedule with rolling hours).

You can prepare delicious recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, then enjoy them around the dining table for 4 guests.
The house has 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower and separate toilet.

The house has heating that you will pay, if necessary, in addition according to your actual consumption, a washing machine, a dressing room, ironing equipment and a desk.

At the end of the stay, cleaning must be done by the tenant or can be organized for the sum of 80 € to be paid on site. Towels must be brought by the tenant, or can be rented for the sum of 10 euros per person to be paid on site.

You can park on site (additional charges may apply). Smoking is prohibited inside. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.

The second bedroom is a mezzanine with two single beds. The gîte has electric central heating which you will be charged for, only if you use it, on the basis of your actual consumption.
