Very beautiful authentic gîte (stones, beams, fireplace), 160 m², for 8 to 9 people, or even more, recently renovated, quiet with a view of Le Mont-Saint-Michel in the distance.

With an exceptional geographical location between Brittany and Normandy, it is ideal for discovering Le Mont-Saint-Michel 21 km away, the most beautiful beaches in its bay (25 km away), the coast from Granville to Saint-Malo.

The cottage is only 2 kilometers from the center of Ducey (village-stopover of La Manche), access by the Estuaires motorway -A84- (exit n°33).
The gîte is an independent house, with spacious rooms, on a fenced plot of 1200 m², close to all shops and a medical centre.

He understands :
- entrance + hallway with WC
- an open fitted kitchen, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric crepe maker, toaster, kettle, electric citrus juicer, a baby high chair
- a dining room with a large bay window opening onto a terrace; a sofa bed (2 people)
- a living room with a Norman fireplace, a large TV, a DVD player, a sofa, armchairs, a single bed, radio cabinet with record player
- 3 bedrooms of 16 m² (including one on the ground floor) with 2 double beds + 1 child's bed (80x140), private bathroom and WC for the 3 bedrooms
- a first terrace of 36 m² (south facing), barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs
- two other terraces (play areas for children)
- a large courtyard and private parking for two to three cars.
- bicycles and games for children (swing, slide, toys...) are available.

The cottage is located in a region with undeniable tourist assets. You can meet there with family or friends to enjoy a holiday with multiple leisure activities: swimming beaches, 25 to 35 minutes to get there (Saint-Jean-le-Thomas, Jullouville, Carolles, etc.), salmon fishing (the Sélune at Ducey); many hiking trails (including the GR 223 known as the "customs path" from Granville to Mont-Saint-Michel; the cliffs of Champeaux), horse riding on the beach, sailing, sand yachting; swimming pool with slide in Avranches, crossing the bay on foot to Le Mont-Saint-Michel; ornithological reserve at Mont - Tombelaine, many greenways on horseback, on foot or by bike; thalasso, golf and casino in Granville, many picturesque markets in the region, notably in St Hilaire, Avranches and Ducey.

The cottage is 14 minutes from Avranches (Scriptorial du Mont-Saint-Michel), 50 minutes from Dinan (fortified town), Dinard (famous seaside resort) and Saint Malo (Corsair city), less than an hour from Rennes (Breton Parliament), Saint-Malo (corsair city), Caen (castle of William the Conqueror), Bayeux (tapestries) and the landing beaches.

Possibility to reach the Chausey and Guernsey islands.
Granville-Jersey crossings in 1h15.
High tides and tidal bores in July and August.
