Gite Au Verger du Theil

A former farmhouse and large Limousin country property, the Au verger du Theil gîte is located on a 2 ha rural estate, surrounded by nature 6 km from Eymoutiers, on the road to Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle, at the gateway to the natural and cultural treasures of the Millevaches plateau.

Calm and peaceful, the hamlet brings together the gîte with a surface area of 420 m², initially designed and fitted out to accommodate 24 people, a garden with fruit trees, a swimming pool, an orchard, barns, a large open car park as well as our home.

The entire gîte accommodation is spread over 2 levels and can accommodate up to 24 people maximum.
It is composed on the ground floor of a large dining room with a wood stove, a television, a private lounge, a children's playroom, a kitchen and utility room, 2 toilets and a shower room and on the first floor of 2 toilets, 2 shower rooms and 12 bedrooms.

The configuration of the sleeping area, organized into 8 bedrooms, each of which is equipped with a sink, allows everyone, whether they are gathering with friends, family or even colleagues and comrades, to maintain comfort and privacy.
