Gîte au moulin de Puyrouzeau

In a green setting, located by a river, on the site of an old water mill, with squirrels for only neighbors, you will have a set of 2 communicating cottages, broken down as follows:
- gîte 1 (60 m²): 1 kitchen and living room on the ground floor, 1 outside laundry room and, upstairs, 1 relaxation area, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds, and 1 bathroom with shower and WC.
- gîte 2 (110 m²): on the ground floor, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 separate toilet, and upstairs, 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds each, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 bathroom with shower and WC upstairs.

Barbecues and lounges furnish the private gardens.

The cottages can accommodate up to 15 people maximum.

You will have access to a poplar grove for moments of relaxation, to deckchairs for lounging by the edge of a 50 m² heated swimming pool (from May to September), and to share with the residents of the 2 guest rooms on the site, at various outdoor games, and at the river for fishing moments.

The estate is located 5 minutes from the A83 motorway, 45 minutes from the large Puy du Fou park, 35 minutes from the beaches, 40 minutes from the superb city of La Rochelle, at the gateway to the Poitevin marsh.
