Our charming cottages are completely renovated with great taste & they are located in an enchanting setting on the banks of the river in Montolieu, book village and only 15 minutes from the famous medieval city of Carcassonne.
The “Au fil de l’eau” gîte, built in the 16th century around the old arched gateway to the village, will immerse you in a unique setting.
Ideal for 4 to 6 people max.
The “Le Nid de Raymond” gîte, this cozy, charming and cozy nest, open since 2021, is ideal for 2 to 4 people maximum.
The gîte "La Maison du Vigneron" completely renovated in 2024 with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and sofa beds for 4 people, 2 kitchens and 2 terraces can be rented entirely or in 2 parts with only 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed for 2 people and the “la Confluence” cottage with 1 double bedroom and a sofa bed.

Motorway A 61 direction Narbonne, exit 22: Bram, direction Alzonne
On leaving the village of Alzonne, turn left towards Montolieu for about 5 km.
Our cottages are located at the entrance to the village of Montolieu after the bridge on the right.
COMING FROM NARBONNE:
Exit 23: Carcassonne Ouest, take the direction of Toulouse then the direction of Pezens.
After Pezens, take the direction of Alzonne and at the crossroads of the Madeleine, turn right Direction Montolieu.
In Montolieu, take the direction of Alzonne.
Our cottages are located about 500m before the bridge on the left in front of the Cérès Franco museum.
