Come and discover PériGORD in a 3-star gîte, bright and comfortable, of 84 m² with a large fenced garden of 800 m² in SAINT-AVIT SÉNIEUR.
Halfway between the Pays des Bastides and the Dordogne Valley, you can visit our castles (Beynac, Les Milandes, Castelnaud, etc.), our caves and our numerous Abbeys and Bastides, and enjoy the summer events: night markets , threshing festival, Les Murmures de Saint-Avit Sénieur and many others.
Near Sarlat la Canéda and Bergerac, you can also go for long hikes along the marked paths, go swimming in the Dordogne and enjoy its beautiful beaches, or even discover it by canoe.
Cottage for 6 people with:
• inside :
- an equipped kitchen: induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher
- dining room-living room: 6 seats, 2 sofas, TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi system
- three rooms :
* bedroom 1: 1 double bed 140, 2 bedside tables and a large wardrobe
* bedroom 2: 1 double bed 140, 2 bedside tables and a large wardrobe
* bedroom 3: 2 single beds 90, 2 bedside tables and a large wardrobe
Possibility on request for baby (free):
2 travel cots, 1 high chair, 1 booster chair, 1 bathtub and a changing mat.
- 1 bathroom with a shower and a sink.
Bathroom linen rental €5 per person (for 1 bath towel + 1 towel + 2 gloves)
- 1 separate toilet

- two terraces:

"vacances au gîte le Roudier"
Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans ce très joli gîte au coeur du Périgord avec un accueil très sympathique, un apéritif agréable pour nous faire découvrir les produits de la région et mieux nous connaître. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous, rien ne manquait. Nous y reviendrons très certainement.
