Rutas de senderismo PescaWing of an old restored farmhouse, the gite "le Balcon des Puys" is located at an altitude of 1150 m far from any other dwelling. Superb panoramic view of the Sancy massif and the Chaudefour valley.
Located at the foot of the adventive massif between the Croix Morand and Croix St Robert passes. Ideally located to discover the many hiking trails, swim in the cool lakes, discover the local heritage or visit the different villages: St Nectaire, Murol, Besse, Mont Dore, Bourboule...
Less than an hour by car, a change of scenery with the Puys chain, a UNESCO World Heritage Limagne fault line, the Puy de Dôme, Vulcania, the Gergovie plateau, Volvic, not forgetting Clermont Ferrand and its black cathedral.
Water consumption and 70 Kwh per week are included in the rental price: beyond the kWh will be charged at the current EDF rate (meter readings on arrival and departure)
Household products (except washing machine detergent), tea towels and bath mats provided.
Necessary for babies or small children provided.

Super séjour dans cette région magnifique et apaisante.
La maison est très agréable et les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles au besoin !
Beaucoup de promenades aux alentours, activités au lac et de villages à visiter sans devoir faire de longs trajets.

"Appréciation du séjour"
Tout est conforme à la description... le panorama est exceptionnel. Le gîte est parfait pour 4 personnes. On ne nemerciera jamais assez les propriétaires de tels lieux de nous les mettre à disposition , de faire le maximum pour que l hébergement soit le plus agréable possible et donne l envie d y revenir.
