Hiking trailsThe 70 m² gite is located on our "Les Tilleuls" estate of several hectares, located in the Périgord Noir in Auriac du Périgord near Montignac-Lascaux.
The gîte is completely restored with exposed stone walls. The exposed stones and the original beams give the character of the gîte. The terrace provides privacy and gives you a beautiful view of the valley and the estate.
From time to time you can see deer, deer, hinds or buzzards….
The area is close to shops, restaurants and tourist activities
Our guests are people who appreciate the calm, want space for their children (lots of space to play, the woods to make a cabin etc.) or their dog and like to take a walk.
Description of the gîte:
For maximum two adults and two children. More than two adults are not allowed.
. 70 m² gite: 50 m² on one level and 20 m² mezzanine.
. Living room with kitchen area.
. One bedroom (160x200 bed) (two adults)
. A mezzanine (2 90x200 beds) (two children)
. A bathroom
. Television, fridge, microwave, gas stove with oven, toaster, electric coffee maker, hairdryer, iron with table, drying rack, baby chair, garden furniture with parasol, barbecue.
Included: Sheets, towels, electricity, gas, water, parking.
An animal is accepted (on request).
Please leave the house clean as you found it upon arrival.
Nearby there are renowned tourist activities and the Vézère valley:
. Lascaux caves, Saint Christophe caves,…
. Castles: Château Hautefort, Château De Losse,…
. Towns / villages: Montignac, Auriac du Périgord, Sarlat, Les Eyzies, Saint Léon sur Vézère,….
. Sports: canoes on the Vézère, walks, swimming pools, …

Local producers' market with meals and barbecue every Thursday evening on the village square (July / August) / Hiking (GR nearby).

"Sept jours de bien etre"
Une maisonnette arborée dans un écrin de verdure, un silence ponctué par le chants des oiseaux , le regard du chevreuil,un havre de repos au coeur de nombreux sites, des propriétaires prévenants et toujours souriants,un équipement avec la présence de l essentiel et d un très bon confort,pour nous un formidable séjour.
