It is well equipped and comfortable. The location is ideal for exploring the entire Pink Granite coast, the gorse coast, the Lézardrieux peninsula, going on excursions to the seven islands, the island of Batz, the island of Bréhat...
The cottage is located in an old stone farmhouse, close to all activities, 10 minutes from the sea, Perros Guirec and the Pink Granite Coast.
The accommodation is a studio composed of a main room with equipped kitchen, a dining area with a table, chairs, desk and TV, a bedroom area with a double bed and 2 bedside lamps, a bathroom. toilet bath with a large shower. It has a terrace with garden furniture, 2 deckchairs and 1 barbecue overlooking the garden.
Local shops are 1.3 km away (bakery, fruit and vegetables, caterer, biocoop, etc.), the town center of Lannion and its large weekly market are 2.0 km away and accessible on foot or by bike via a path hiking and cycling trails (the GR 34 A) near the house.
Close to Ploumanac'h, voted the French's favorite village in 2015 on the Pink Granite Coast.
Close to Pontrieux and Tréguier, 2 beautiful medieval towns.
At your disposal WIFI internet access, a washing machine with drying rack, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, parasol, a parking space in the interior courtyard.
Travel cot, bathtub, booster seat... are available.

Coming from the D767 (Guingamp, Bgard) and arriving in Lannion, at the roundabout at the end of 4 lanes, take the second right towards Perros Guirec, still on the D767.
At the next roundabout take the second right towards Tréguier on the D786,
Then after 800m, turn left on Route de Kermaria Sulard onto the D31.
After 100m, take Chemin de Balaneyer on the left and finally turn right at number 8, at an old farmhouse made of Lannion schist stone with an orange tile roof.
