Located in the South-West of France, outside the small village of Feugarolles in Lot-et-Garonne, this house is ideal for a quiet get-together with family or friends.
You will enjoy the beautiful walks or bike rides on the greenway which runs along the Garonne canal and which is located a few meters from the gîte.

On the ground floor: A large summer games room (Billiards, Table football, board games, books, sofa, etc.), a summer kitchen with all its equipment, a pool house (WC, shower and changing room).

On the 1st floor: the integrated kitchen with its glass roof, a large living room bordered by its wooden balcony, 5 bedrooms (4 beds 160x200 / 3 beds 90x200 / 1 extra bed 90x190), 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets
