The other smaller duplex bedroom can be adjusted according to the needs of travelers because there are two 70 cm trundle beds that can be combined for a possible 140 cm bed and, for toddlers! Provision of a travel cot and a baby chair.
Toilet with sink independent of the shower room which is spacious with heated towel rail and storage. The washing machine and dryer space is insulated and the entire apartment has cupboards and storage.
Your future residence site is located on the 3rd floor without lift, facing South-West and the courtyard is provided for storing bicycles.
Recreational areas for young and old are very close and friendly: 450 m from the playground at Place de la Croix de Bourgogne, 800 m from Parc Sainte-Marie (restaurant, carousel, pétanque, varied playground, book trees, etc.), on the Art Nouveau circuit (Villa Majorelle 300 m away), 1.4 km from the nursery park – Place Stanislas, 6 km from the Jean-Marie Pelte botanical garden, etc.

L’appartement est magnifique, très bien situé, propre, calme et entièrement fonctionnel.
Il est parfaitement équipé pour un séjour court ou long.
Le quartier est paisible, à proximité immédiate du centre-ville, avec une excellente connexion par bus vers différentes parties de la ville.
Il y a des parcs tout près, ainsi que de très bonnes boulangeries avec des viennoiseries et des pâtisseries délicieuses.
L’immeuble est calme, et il y a un parking dans la rue – payant en journée, mais très raisonnable (environ 5 € pour toute la journée).
Il est parfaitement équipé pour un séjour court ou long.

Dans une rue calme où nous avons pu facilement nous garer.
A proximité immédiate à pied des différents sites touristiques comme le quartier "art nouveau", le centre historique ainsi que la gare et les transport en commun.
