The entire apartment offers a pleasant and functional distribution of the living environment with bright and friendly rooms. From the entrance, with dressing room and storage, we are in a comfortable living room and an open kitchen equipped: 130X80 mirror, convertible sofa, Sony TV, RGB ceiling light, metal furniture and brunch, cabriolet, Cuisinella kitchenette (microwave, induction hob , fridge-freezer, stone sink, etc.), small household appliances (mixer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle), cookware (pot, saucepan, microwave containers) crockery for 4 place settings.
The privacy of the bedroom and the shower room is maintained thanks to a Prouvé-style metal sliding door. The view of nature, the warmth of natural wood (chest of drawers, bedside table, headboard, corner shelf, ceiling lamp, etc.) and the uncluttered character of the entire bedroom inspire rest.
Two beds (bedroom 120 cm) and convertible sofa in the living room (115cm).
The fully tiled bathroom has a walk-in shower with "saloon" wall, a set of bathroom furniture with drawers with ceramic basin and storage column, illuminated mirror and heated towel rail..
The apartment is very easy to maintain with its fully tiled floor, its independent toilet and a washing machine and dryer.

Various games (boards, memos, etc.), books and many documents on relaxation activities are available for "rainy days".

"F2 calme, très bien placé et équipé et prix top !"
Je recommande. Parfait pour 2 amies (canapé convertible dans le salon et lit dans chambre). Très lumineux et calme car donnant sur super jardin. Entièrement rénové et très bien équipé (Wi-Fi top). A proximité à pied des sites touristiques (quartier Art Nouveau, centre historique, gare centrale...), des commerces et des transports. Séjour de 5 jours très agréable. Communication parfaite. Merci pour les attentions et recommandations.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement.
Il est fonctionnel et très bien pensé avec beaucoup de cachet.
Nous avons apprécié le lit bébé et la table à langer mis à notre disposition.
La situation est idéale pour découvrir tous les côtés de la ville.
La communication a été tres fluide, merci encore pour tous les gestes et les recommandations.

"Confortable, calme et bien situé"
Logement très agréable et confortable. Tout y est neuf et propre. Très lumineux et calme car côté jardin. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. Commerces et transports tout proche. Parc Sainte-Marie et gare centrale proches également. Quartier facile pour se garer.

Très bon accueil! Logement beau et agréable. Lumineux, chaleureux, bien agencé, fonctionnel (il y a tout ce qu’il faut : vaisselle, petit et gros électroménager) et calme. Couchages confortables.
