Private poolWe are renting our gîte and its private swimming pool, totally independent, on our property, located in Uzès.
The gîte has a 15 m² bedroom with a 160 cm bed and large dressing room, the second is 12 m² with a 140 cm bed with storage, giving direct access to the terrace.
A bathroom, as well as independent toilet.
The kitchen part has everything you need: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine as well as the dining area.
You will find an extension of the living room with a high ceiling, where there is a staircase to access the mezzanine which has a sleeping bed for 1 person, or can be used as a reading/relaxation area.
The terrace part, meanwhile, has a garden table and chairs with a large parasol and a small barbecue.
The swimming pool, completely private, has a dimension of 8 x 4 m, you will find a pool house with 4 deckchairs to be able to relax, as well as a small dining area.
Pets not allowed
Non-smoking accommodation
Access to shops and the center of Uzès on foot.
Place aux Herbes is 700 meters away, where you will find the local markets (Wednesday and Saturday)
Activities around Uzès: 1900 museum, Haribo candy museum, Pont du Gard, Nîmes and its arenas 20 km away, beaches less than an hour away.

"Superbes vacances !"
Très beau gite, à 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville, très bien aménagé, équipé et fonctionnel.
La piscine sécurisée est un plus. Les jeux de société et les livres sont également une bonne idée.

Merci Marie, pour votre accueil et votre discrétion à la fois. Votre gite est au calme, et tout près du centre. Fort joliment décoré et bien équipé. La piscine, grande, entièrement privative en effet, et protégée, est un bienfait remarquable. Bonne saison, et bons séjours à vos hôtes.

"Un séjour parfait !"
Un gîte très agréable avec sa piscine et sa terrasse attenantes. Un intérieur chaleureux, soigné et bien agencé. En 10 minutes à pied ,vous êtes au cœur de la magnifique ville d'Uzès. Une semaine parfaite avec des propriétaires accueillants et à l'écoute.
