• on the ground floor: hall, living room (with wood stove) with sofa bed for 2 people, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven, small appliances), bathroom with sink, shower walk-in, WC and washing machine
• upstairs: 2 bedrooms and WC

Exmes is a very old village, located in the heart of the "Pays des Haras", on the edge of the Pays d'Auge and Perche, 50 km from Lisieux, 60 km from Bagnoles-de -l'Orne and 80 km from Deauville… and near many châteaux (Le Bourg Saint Léonard, Sassy, d'O à Mortrée, Médavy, Carrouges, etc.)
