Half-timbered house renovated in 1995, ideal for relaxing with the family in a quiet setting among apple trees and near our cider cellar.
In the heart of the Pays d'Auge in Calvados on the cider route, near the beaches...

The cottage has a capacity of 7 people maximum
On the ground floor :
- dining room with open fireplace and TV
- fitted and equipped kitchen with: electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, classic electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, gas hob
- bathroom with: shower, washing machine, iron and table, vacuum cleaner
- separate WC

- Electric heating

Upstairs :
- at the top of the stairs, 1 mezzanine bedroom with a double bed (pillows and duvet available)
- 1 private bedroom with a double bed (pillows and duvet available)
- 1 private bedroom with three single beds (a few books and board games)

For the exterior, available:
- a barbecue, 4 foldable sun loungers and a wooden picnic table

6 km away you will find: bakery, butcher, pharmacy, tobacconist, hairdresser, garage
