You are welcome to experience farm life during your stay. See the farmyard animals (rabbits, chickens, etc.) and participate in milking goats and once a week making 'le Sainte Maure' cheese.
Country house in the South of Touraine close to the Loire castles (Villandry, Clos Lucé, Amboise, Chenonceau, Loches, Chinon, etc.), the Loire vineyards, 40 minutes from Tours cathedral, 10 minutes from the city from René Descartes with its aquatic center and Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine, 10 minutes from the Grand-Pressigny prehistory museum, 30 minutes from the Haute Touche animal park, 15 minutes from the equestrian center in Pouzay, 45 min from Futuroscope, 1 hour from Beauval zoo, and also located 30 minutes from 2 classified villages: Crissay-sur-Manse, Montrésor.
POOL INFORMATION:
Shared heated swimming pool, open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The swimming pool is located in a closed building with a depth of 0.70 to 1.50 m. Access to the building is first via a gate with lock and this building is equipped with a door with secure closure. The swimming pool is not supervised by the rental company so minors are under adult supervision.
Charges are included in the price, however electricity is provided at 10 to 20 kWh/day, the supplement payable by the vacationer.
It's the countryside so there's the possibility of insects and also the sounds of animals and agricultural machinery.

For weekends, arrival 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and departure at 4 p.m. (2 nights minimum).

Heating gite 1:
- Electricity: The average consumption of electricity is provided free of charge up to 20 KWH per day, beyond that the supplement will be borne by the tenant and invoiced at 0.20 €/KWH.
TOWEL RENTAL:
- €4 per towel (50 x 90)
- 5 € the large towel (60 x 120)

Weekly rental during school holidays with arrival from 5 p.m. and departure at 9:30 a.m.
For weekends, arrival 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and departure from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. (2 nights minimum).
Upon arrival, the cleaning option is requested at €90 and €40 if the cleaning requires more than 4 hours of work. WE: cleaning fee €80
Water is included in the price.

"Ne pas hésiter"
Petit séjour très agréable chez la famille Régnier. Accueil très convivial. Les enfants étaient ravis de visiter la ferme, participer à la traite et découvrir le démoulage des fromages de chèvres. Un vrai régal. La piscine couverte à 29 degrés est tout simplement au top. Belle installation.
